Come stay at our beach house! We are located at Southold North Fork- Long Island, New York. Take the Shelter Island Ferry to The Hamptons or the Jitney Express to New York City. Our retreat house gives a lot of tranquil and positive energy. Your private quarters includes: A separate entrance, one full bedroom, one full bathroom, livingroom/game room, cable tv, private brick covered patio, private deeded and beach. We are have lots of vineyards to visit and are close to many farms. We are open to bartering. We need 3 yards of blue stone 1/4 quarter inch stones to be purchased, delivered, and arraigned (should take 2 hours) onto our driveway. We do have a wheelbarrow for you to use. As a barter exchange, you could stay at our place for one week. (6 nights/7days) OR (2 Weekends) - A contract would be arranged. NO Smoking, Pets or Paries.
